Coffee is freshest for 2-3 weeks after roasting. That’s why we only roast as much coffee as we sell each week, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee available.

We roast all our coffee lighter than most mainstream roasters. This means you can really taste the origin of the coffee, instead of char. It also means our coffee has less acidity and more caffeine than darker roasts. If you love cream or milk in your coffee, no worries, you just won't need as much. However you make it, your tastebuds will thank you.
